I love developing recipes using fresh local ingredients found at farmer’s markets and my neighborhood grocery stores. Some recipes take time and are more labor intensive (save these for a lazy Sunday), while others can be whipped up after work in no time. I also love using pantry staples that I always have on-hand to come up with new recipes. My recipes tend to skew Italian and Mediterranean (it’s what I grew up on), but you’ll also find other cuisines that I’m intrigued by.
