This smoothie is super quick and easy to put together. It’s also low cal. I use frozen peach slices (not in syrup) instead of ice to get the most flavor and nutrients into my smoothie. If you don’t have peaches, substitute any fruit that you have on hand. Bananas and berries make delicious substitutes!
6 oz. skim milk
6 oz. Chobani 0% honey yogurt
4-6 frozen peach slices
1 fresh peach, sliced
pinch ground nutmeg
1 tbsp. clover honey
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
Procedure: In a blender or using a stick blender in a tall glass, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
