This antioxidant-packed smoothie can be made with any berry combination you like. I use frozen berries instead of ice to get the most flavor and nutrients into my smoothie and still have it frothy. A little vanilla extract in the mix cuts the tartness of the berries.
6 oz. skim milk
6 oz. Chobani 2% strawberry banana yogurt
A handful of frozen berries (I used 2 strawberries, 8 blueberries and 3 blackberries)
dash vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
Procedure: In a blender or using a stick blender in a tall glass, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
